Yes, I am aware of Dr. Deming. I attended a four day seminar with him. It was quite amazing to see this person's energy at age 92. I also have extensively toured Nissan facilities in Japan. Japanese lean manufacturing is quite impressive. I've read "Out of the Crisis" by Deming and also, for a contrast as to how American management systems have been develop, I really recommend this recent biography on Frederik Winslow Taylor titled, "The One Best Way." But back to SUNW - I saw the Fortune Magazine cover - it's hilarious!!! So are the Javaman cartoons. I'm confident of SUNW's potential, and am looking forward to seeing SUNW's earnings in October. I don't understand this softness in the stock right now. John
