Some of the 50 million uninsured in America don't have to "imagine" this.


But if you had "universal medicare" how pissed would you be? If you knew that people in other provinces could get the treatment, but you couldn't. Sometimes it is a matter of other cities offer the treatment, but yours doesn't. And there is no assistance to get you there.
