I'm not sure those are real emergencies, but they all get you seen in the ER. In my place, the second would maybe get you admitted to the hospital, depending on what was needed, and what previous care conditions were; may be we just treat the acute change, send the person back to nursing home or home care. Once admitted to hospital, depending on doc and family, could even get you a resuscitation and an ICU stint on a vent. I regard that as cruel and unusual punishment. The third would get you transferred to a place with dialysis. "Just how obviously severe does my case have to be to qualify?" Migraine, cough, vomiting.... They will all do.
