[WTIC XLE OSX] Ski if you have time ... Dink with this chart and see what you think. There is a bifurcation .. and one of them is leading .. but which one? XLE has Utilities in it doesn't it? Maybe I should have used the XOI ? stockcharts.com It should show 10years of WTIC / OSX and XLE.
