4:07PM Vodavi Tech: Vertical Communications to acquire Vodavi for $7.50/share (VTEK) 6.55 +0.51 : Co announces it has signed a definitive agreement with Vertical Communications pursuant to which Vertical will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Vodavi for $7.50 per share. The transaction is subject to stockholder approval. The Boards of Directors of both Vodavi and Vertical have approved the proposed transaction. In addition, directors and officers of Vodavi who beneficially own approx 37% of Vodavi's outstanding shares of common stock have signed voting agreements in favor of the proposed transaction.
