FORTIFY AMERICA, FORTRESS AMERICAS PROGRAMS
1. National Education Standardized Studies Reform Program, Head-start through University
To build an alternative national education system with a new focus on civics, science, IT, mathematics, business, high achievement, goal setting, etc. and standardized curriculums for all. The Target, a national education system where each child, with no regard for the city or neighborhood in which he or she resides, will be provided exactly the same first class education as any other child in the nation. The System’s infrastructure should be built from the ground up, in every area across the country, at the same time to ensure total national implementation of the curricula. Drastic steps must be taken to prepare our next generation and secure this country’s future as the leader of the Free World.
2. Coastal Seas Electrical Energy Generation Program
Building and installing a series of nuclear powered electrical generation platforms, on the ocean’s floor, to produce clean safe electrical energy for California, the Gulf Coast States and the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. The Goal, to supply upwards to 55 million homes with safe, clean, economical electrical energy and to retire as many oil and coal fired electrical generation plants as possible. These platforms will eliminate troublesome brownouts and effectively reduce Greenhouse Gases.
3. Program to Develop a Viable High-speed Ground Transport System, to Compete with Commercial Aviation
Development and implementation of a 500 mph, electrically powered ground transport system that can compete against commuter trains and commercial aviation. These energy efficient transports will run on clean burning fuels, lowering our county’s dependency on foreign oil and reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
4. Program to Build an Interstate Cargo Transportation System to Compete with Interstate Trucking and the Railroads
Construction of an automated, electrically powered, cross-country cargo transportation system that can compete with interstate semi-truck and the railroad train shipping industries in order to reduce our country’s dependency on foreign oil and lower Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
5. Applied Technologies Program for the Modernization of Dairy Farms and other Agricultural Operations in the Desert Southwest
Bring state-of-the-art advancements to the Dairy Farm Industry, and related farm operations, as they relate to the high temperatures of the Desert Southwest. These advancements will guarantee the dairies of the future will yield larger quantities of quality, healthy, wholesome milk, and milk products, while utilizing alternative energies, recycling and reconstructive farming techniques.
6. Program to Build and Operate a Radioactive Materials and Atomic Waste Reclamation and Disposal Facility
Build and operate a safe, clean radioactive materials and atomic waste reclamation/re-mediation and disposal facility to process the World’s nuclear waste.
7. Mississippi River Flood Water Diversion and Drought Re-mediation Program
Construction of a system of large aqueducts to move water from, historically, flood prone areas of the Mississippi River and disburse these waters to lakes and reservoirs throughout the desert states of Texas, New Mexico, Nevada and Arizona.
8. East-central Phoenix (Arizona) Airport Business District Revitalization Program, Utilizing Planned Recreation/Retail Commerce Zones
To build a state-of-the-art Themed Amusement Facility, and infrastructure, on city owned property near Sky Harbor Airport. The facilities would be located on an underdeveloped City of Phoenix Commerce Zone property, to create a synergy for new retail development and area employment through the implementation of an Arizona Revised Statue which provides incentives to the first such endeavor, which meet several criteria.
9. Program to Design and Build an Alternative Fuel Fleet Vehicle with Standardized Refueling System
Development of alternative fuel, type-specific fleet vehicles such as; police cruisers, ambulances, interagency motor pool vehicles, fire trucks, etc. Development of a simple standardized refueling system for these, and other privately owned alternative fueled vehicles, that will be available nationwide.
10. First Response Oil Spill and Coastline Reclamation Program
Calls for the construction of a flotilla of next generation salvage ships out fitted with oil skimming equipment, a series of solvent injecting soil tumbling machines and storage tanks. These sea going vessels will be able to respond to oil spills on the sea as well as spills that have already beached. The vessels will recover and salvage the precious spilled oil and return the shore areas back to near pre-spill condition.
11. Development Program for designing "The New Navy’s" next Generation Screening and Assault Ships
Development of three minimal-crew, composite, bi-hulled, assault/screening vessel classifications for the New United States Navy. These ships will be equipped with a next generation underwater propulsion system which will allow the vessel to attain very high speeds and meet this country’s threats with minimal service people at risk.
13. Program to Facilitate the Colonization of the MOON, to Build and Operate Earth and Deep Space Observation Platforms
Establish a permanent lunar facility that can sustain human and plant life indefinitely. Build earth and deep space observation platforms, on both the dark and light sides of the MOON, to expand our understanding of the Universe and our own environment. Explore the possibility of using the MOON as a jumping-off point for further space exploration programs.
