n.korea is not irrational, but very daring, and only acting irrational, and thus the concern over its moves

but, we will not know for sure until we know

suppose that n.korea perfected its devices, and made a difference to their delivery, what then happens to all the conventional positions that assumes attritional war? must be moved and kept out of instant harms way, and ... expensive will be the projection of force

suppose this state of affairs spreads globally, then where will any aircraft carrier berth to show the flag? answer, no where.

suppose such nuclear democracy is within the hands of 156 nations of this planet, what happens to the existing monetary system?

well, we just took a few steps down that path
