. My opinion as I already said is that some promoter or group of promoters is intelligently getting behind the stock. They do not want to run up the stock until they have a large position so they buy at differ tent levels keeping the buying at low levels. They may even be contacting the owners of the shares and arranging for sales. This would also explain the very narrow spread. Of course their are no shorts, naked or otherwise.
