But that's sort of like their excuse why they don't report good "newz" (plane lands safely). That lame excuse allows them to ceaselessly dwell on the negative & salacious while failing to balance it out by pointing out how rare or unusual it is (flying is safe, but you'd never know it from the MSM - see Michael Medved's article which I posted here earlier).

The fact that the MSM accurately reports some "newz" does not excuse their near constant leftist bias, nor the fact that when they all too frequently misreport the "news" it almost always is bad for conservatives or good for Dems. And do not expect them to ever correct those mistakes so that everyone who was misinformed & misled for weeks or months with the MSM's hyper-exaggerated, oversensationalized misreporting now understand what actually happened in proper context.

The MRC (which I frequently reference here) has done all manner of statistical analysis of the MSM They have conclusively shown for well more than a decade that there is plenty of good "newz" reported when Dems are in power & very little good "newz" when conservatives are in power. The same ridiculous imbalance can be seen in negative reports about conservatives & positive reports for libs. In fact, take any of the unethical shenanigans I post about here regarding the MSM. The MRC has studied it thoroughly & documented a consistent pattern that lopsidedly favors libs & harms conservatives time after time.

The bottom line is that it's not enough to occasionally get something right. Hell, that's their lame excuse to "prove" they aren't biased. The fact is a professional news organization should get it right almost 100% of the time. Instead, we rarely, if ever, get all of the facts in proper context that we need to decide for ourselves. We now get told what to think via leftist spin, deceit, distortions, misinformation, half truths & even outright lies all presented under the false guise of objective "newz".
