After a round of golf one night and dinner and several cocktails the gloop of our group brought up this very subject. The doctor in our group, a gynecologist weighed in on this very important topic. His statement was if your only going to wash your hands once then do it before you go to the bathroom especially for women. Your privates are far cleaner and free of germs and bacteria then your hands which are a wasteland. The bad stuff is going to flow from your hands to the privates, not the other way around. Just thought you'd like to know:)
