Dear Members,

As expected, metals -gold and silver- yesterday recovered during the last hours of trading. Today they are trading positively and should continue to do so. However, it will be a tough task for gold to trade above $600.

As for side metals -copper, platinum and palladium, they traded weakly on Tuesday and they should remain so today as well. Don't buy these metals.

Everyone expected the Dow to close above the magic figure of 12000 yesterday but as predicted, this did not happen and they went down. However, today should be the day for a turn-around, and one should therefore buy the S&P and DOW.

We recommended selling grains yesterday and that proved right in the last thirty minutes of closing as well as the overnight market, reacting sharply on the downside. They should move down some more before they start rising once again.

Oil sharply went down on Tuesday and planetary movement is still not in support. We shall therefore not be in a hurry to buy. Natural gas, unleaded gas and crude sharply moved down from top yesterday and that is a negative sign. Avoid the energy area.

The dollar index traded sideway on Monday and Tuesday and yesterday we very strongly recommended buying. If you still haven’t bought, you should do it without thinking twice.

Thanks & God Bless
