CYBER, Rove may be right if the voters get some common sense.
For any voter to vote against a party just because one individual congressman is a pervert, doesn't make sense. Of course, we know that the average demorat doesn't have any sense of any kind much less common sense. They don't even look back at the former President that has been diagnosed as being addicted to sex with any hag that comes along.

They are used to being lead around by the rings in their noses by the socialistic types like Hillary, Teddy, and John the traitor.
