I'm actually replying to post you wrote to me..and bear in mind , you handed me a lot of bull! Isn't shorting a BB stock illegal? Isn't a MM who is doing so commiting a crime? Shouldn't the criminal be accountable, in a court of law, for his crime(s)? Also you use the sum of $1000/share for strategic purposes, say we use a more reasonable amount like $25/share. Then what we have is a well vested company that will either succeed or fail in the marketplace on its' own merit. I'm sure said co. will take shareholders opinoins seriously, since they are responsible for increased value of the shares. Also..Whether Magellan filed or not, its' still defamation. ..Pugs
