Hello - I'm new to the board and wanted to comment on the Nok results.

"Nokia diluted EPS was EUR 0.21, and excluding special items was EUR 0.23. "

The last one is the kicker. Excluding the write down of CDMA, EPS would have been EUR .23. If you look back to Q3 2005, excluding special items, the EPS would have been EUR .19. So, in summary Nokia is growing worldwide handset share, showing strong unit growth, and increasing EPS excluding special items by 20%. The only downside here is the ASP, and this is where the innovation pipeline, WCDMA adoption and design advancement can help drive demand for higher value devices. I hear "competition is fierce" - how is that different than the last 5 years? It seems like Sony/Ericsson is having success with their premium line, and the Razr issue has been covered ad nauseum. Nokia needs a flagship - a runaway success that really drives their leadership in the premium segment, and it remains to be seen if the N-series is it.
