Leo, just a guess but I smell merger/acquisition. With almost half the shares owned by insiders, it's the only way management is likely to cash out. Any customer who takes over SanDisk's virtual monopoly would be in a position to dictate terms to their competitors. With such common interest between acquirer and acquiree, it makes all too much sense. Craig
