I hope that GSII doesn't get too distracted by these suits. Business development needs to be their primary focus. As has been pointed out here, GSII is still at the "venture" phase of their existence, and needs to pound the pavement to build their client base. It's a little concerning that this little $7-8MM firm is already up to its eyeballs in lawsuits.
