Excellent post. I completely agree with your analysis. What I dont understand however is that if ASND had conceded the 3q, why announce and seemingly push the UUNET deal versus letting it go to the 4q to give it an even bigger boost. Maybe the 3q isn't a complete wash after all. I will tell you straight up I am long on this stock with a basis of 35 3/8. I typically day/position trade but have held this for a week or so. I should have flipped it a couple of times already but for some stupid reason did not. Do you think it will run up some before earnings? Will
