Maybe Exxon Mobils(XOM) lack of drilling and exploration spending stems from the possibility of being "awarded"(that sounds so innocent...hehe!)in the near future some BIG elephant fields in Iraq after the plunder is over??? ...and if Iran gets attacked, maybe XOM gets "awarded" some more elephant oil fields over there?? Why drill and explore(remember XOM's legendary cash hoard?) if you might be politically connected enough to get the "fruits of our plunder" over in Iraq and possibly Iran handed right in the palm of your hand??? Just shaking the crap out of the box again here hoping something interesting comes out...... Rogue
