Correction: Squawk@cnbc.com sorry for the typo. Today is my first time
surfing techtalk here and I am impressed with the work SI has done for
the public. I read back to Jim Roof's comments and really feel bad
about the situation Jim is in. I think his analysis is sound and there
is a chance that sysf stock will be forming a double top. I would like
to keep in touch with Jim off-line and keep this thread purely for
public service.

Re: NASDAQ vs SEC: investors money poured into Wall Street to make the
middlemen rich and now they are using that money to lobby against the
people's interest in fair deal. There have been pressure put on the SEC
by some members of Congress when the SEC investigated NASD. But I will
keep this to the other thread hosted by gracious SI.
