Going from watching all those "School House Rock" commercials, I thought the worth of a company is also measured (probably indirectly) by the worth of the stocks. :-S The press releases caused a knee jerk reaction by traders to sell the stocks. Without stockholders, this company may run into problems financing current projects, which will certainly hurt the company. If my weird logic is correct, this is definitely a legitimate lawsuit. MHO, of course.

Cheers,
