For some reason, Nokia keeps forgetting that they signed their WCDMA agreement in July '01. I am fairly sure that they had some idea that handsets were going to include cameras, MP3 players, color screens and advanced processors by the middle of 2001.

So a 5 year old agreement which is about to expire should automatically be renewed with the same terms? You don't think Nokia knew, when they signed, that the original agreement would expire?
