Before you have a baby, you better set aside $1 million for all of the food, clothing and other things it will need during it's life. Oh and you better set aside a few more million in case that baby grows up and starts having babies. Why not include all the other things in the Federal budget. Aren't those also future obligations, like the obligation to defend this country? It must be at least a billion trillion over the next 500 years, when you include that. It's all pay-go. No pay, no go. Future obligations, smobligations. It don't mean Jack Squat.
