Zeev, the .66 exchange rate is terribly high. My position is still the .51 rate.. take it or leave it. OPEN's management is looting those precious cash reserves, while OPEN has no revenues... ideally, the deal should be cancelled.. You're right BORL's managemnet doesn't care what we shareholder's post here, they might listen to lawsuits or shareholder's meetings complaints (since the press is there).

I plan to bring this up at the shareholder's meeting...

BORL $13-15 ??? Only if Netscape is willing to exchange the outstanding 31M BORL shares for .4-.45 shares of Netscape.

You are absolutely correct, the OPEN-BORL deal was a classic arbitrage opportunity...
