I'd love to see a zero tolerance policy of either of these types of behavior and see some people thrown in jail for it, because if there are no consequences for cheating then people are going to be more likely to cheat. I am convinced, as are many democrats that there is a systematic deliberate large scale disenfranchisement going on by the republicans. They have been doing it since 2000 that has been publicized, and nothing has been done about it to date.
