2 year life is ridiculous. Not only is the industry just beginning the
ramp of DUV for critical process layers, but when 193nm becomes
the wavelength of choice, DUV will then be the choice for non-
critical layers (up to 2/3 of process volume).

As far as xray and EUV go, they are on a toothpick bridge right
now (they are just building the models). They are 7+ years away
from the beginning of their volume sales (if they happen).
