Bush is easily the worst commander in chief. The Iraq debacle was his idea alone. Vietnam was shared between LBJ and Nixon. Iraq is all Bush's. Iraq may end up costing us trillions of dollars and decimate our military for a decade.

The only black mark on Carter's record as commander was an accident, the sandstorm that hit his Iran rescue mission and downed the two choppers. That was not Carter's fault.
