It IS mismanagement. I'll give you my current example (one among hundreds): eBay sent me an advertising email about their current top ten sellers in order to entice me. Unfortunately it's an HTML email. I have my HTML turned off in my email. Why? Because when Half/ebay sends me notices of sales of my stuff by email the formatted HTML emails are illegible and unusable. I CAN'T read them. I also cannot tell ebay what is going on. Their help wizard has a limited number of problems they will reply to. I've never had one of the problems they have on their list. Not one in 3 years of selling. Is it any wonder their sales are off by 14% even with a virtual monopoly? They IGNORE the people who could suggest improvements or additional ways of making money because they are ARROGANT. They are going DOWN and sooner hopefully than later.
