Yes. Maybe I'd give it a little wiggle room, but that's the basic idea. That top may have been Wave 1, followed by a pullback, and then a more recent fiver UP. If we are in Wave 4, it should not travel below the top of "1".

And if it does, it becomes more likely that the rally from the Sept low was not a 1-2-3 but an ABC.

It is still possible for the decline to go below the Wave 1 top without breaking the bullish count - if the rally from Oct 4 was not "3" but only 1 of 3. But... in this case the odds would begin to turn against the bulls.
