"The time has come", the Rabbit said, "to speak of many things"... I suspect that many investors are beginning to feel that we are on the verge of some major developments with ERHC, hence the stock picking up today. With Sam Bass's reputation and credentials, I can't imagine him not being able to swing the required financing. Just my opinion.
