Xopenex Medicare decision due out imminently (of course it has been due out for awhile now). I thought this was likely culprit to rapid drop this week, but may be wrong. I have to assume with SGP talking about acquisitions the way they have and with the ICOS deal finally done, that SEPR is next and that SGP will be the guy (or PFE with its lack of growth). And the catalyst might be the Medicare decision - all unknowns then behind them.

PS ICOS price of 5-6x revenues would yield mid-60s to 70 price depending on how much credit given to newly launched products (unlaunched a-formot).
