I wonder where this near infinite faith in the ability and competence of the Federal Government to do ANYTHING comes from. Certainly not from experience. Experience should tell you if they tried this it would end up as a $100 billion boondoggle disaster.

If for example, the Federal Government were to borrow $100 billion to build a hydrogen infrastructure that would eliminate our dependence of foreign oil...
