Jess, "Is the ramp up to .25 micron chips going to continue full bore?" Absolutely. There is NO risk to the .25um ramp or the insertion of DUV to achieve it. Anyone who states otherwise is incorrect. "are Cymer's lasers going to be at the heart of that ramp up?" Cymer's lasers are already at the heart of the ramp. The stepper/ scanner suppliers will not change the course away from this laser unless there is a STRATEGIC reason to do so. And from what I know of the current state of the industry and the laser enhancements under research and development, there is no strategic reason out there. TS p.s. I hope you are able to hang tight...there is a bright future ahead.
