Him-as i posted on the BOBJY thread--a director sold 15,000 on Sept 18. She's been on the board for 5 years and is a human resources type (ex vp of Intel and Apple). I simply cannot understand her selling shortly before the qtr end very near the low.Prob option related but it doesn't matter-she's shows up in the latest shdr list as only owning 16,000. Since the A,M was held a few months back, one presumes she is still a director in good standing. This news tends to cancel out the positive spin of the CEO buying 15,000 on Aug 1 at 7.25ish. In fact, there is a whole string of other "shdr' selling since early July, although I assume that is from Asian holders who are over the waiting period to dispose of shs received on acquisition last year by NPIX-so i tended to discount it. But the recent director's sale seems more suspect. Why now at the low? Bothers me. Chart says buy -but---they preannounced last 2 qtrs in a row. So, i'll wait till Oct 1 to reassess.(they preannounced on the last bus day before). In the meantime, I sold it back at a marginal loss and will reassess shortly.
