Heard on the radio - Condi NOW says that the Chinese didn't tell her that the North Koreans apologized for the nuclear test. Condi also added that the Chinese didn't tell her that the North Koreans promised to halt nuclear testing. Both these were reported in the South Korean press and widely touted by the Bushies as if THEY were responsible.

It seems Condi (and us) are completely dependent on the Chinese for any "diplomacy" with North Korea. They could tell us anything, and how would we know any different?
