Liar. The stock market only benefits the top 1-2%. It's true average Americans typically have a mutual fund or two, but the average is $30,000-$40,000 worth, and the stock market and economy were both stronger and more sustainable under Clinton. Plus, the biggie under Bush are the soaring prices of health care, energy, rent and college tuitions.

Also, for most of the Bush years, the market has been flat.
