I heard the current steppers have some mod that can extend them to .25um. and also that cymer customers cannon and nikon are backed
due to problems, therefore limiting cymer to ship to them.
Have you any information to confirm this and what is the impact here.
Sounds like it will be 3-6 months before this stock will take off.
