This deal is mind-numbing. The last minute changes say alot about the power-behind-the-throne type maneuverings.
What I can distill is: 1/ After the deal 400 Mil shs out.
2/CCH eventually emerges from CCAA.
3/ About 50 Mil # of CU is acheivable.
4/ 100,000 oz AU is possible, whereas
70,000 oz is for sure.
5/ Sprott Asset Partners may own up to
43% of CCH as of May 28, 2007.
6/ Mineral Reserves could be
reasonably valued @ $1.5 Bil USD.
7/ Book value of the diluted and final
number of outstanding shares could
be from .10C C$ to .28C C$. That
may also shift radically with asset
re-evaluation.
8/ A range of earnings estimates for
2007 is reasonably .07 C$ to .11 C$.

Anyone on this board feel free to correct me or point out if I am out of line or off track, I'd like to refine my thinking.

Now all of that said, I would not be surprised to see this stock kicked around for another couple cents, as the big boys squeeze out the last few percentages for themselves, which is why I will have a below market limit order standing by until after the rights offering is completed.

Lastly, please, please, someone tell me if anyone sees a downside to this that is a reasonable expectation based on facts OR logic, as I am still looking for the fly in the ointment.......

Good Luck & Godspeed to you all
