What an odd thought...(S) to vote for the best person instead of party line. Unfortunately most voters are dependent and vote for a party instead of actually making a good decision.

The threads are an indicator of how voters enable bad government...but because most posters are strong party members first, the threads do not properly represent what actually is going on in our country.

I think one thing is clear. People need to throw off the shackles of partisanship and stop calling themselves Democrat or Republican. We need to vote for the best candidates period, whatever their party affiliation might be.
