the lesson of katrina to me is that americans go on a rampage when the stuffing hits the fan LOL! You watch too much television. The underclass always loots when the lights go out and the cops are busy. The underclass is part of "America" but it's not "America" itself. I suppose China doesn't have an underclass. Or if it did, you'd never admit it. Those farmers rioting in China, why, don't give them another thought.
