van, if a stock is $15 and fair value is $26 a hold doesn't make any sense. even less if they have a stock (and i know they do!) that has a closer actual to fair value price and is a strong buy. rational? nope. wall sweet? yes... gems has waaay outperformed pctl as they have had trouble making money at all. gems has been raking it in.
