Ken, I tried Mr Stewart twice last week to ask about delays in the merger, but no, I was never able to get him. I said that about his assistant because she was tight-lipped with me (although completely curteous and professional I might add), and I remember you expressed similar sentiments about her in a prior post.

So, are we SEC approved or not? That is the question. We have Lunn's annual meeting announced with the merger vote on the agenda and we have a special TPG meeting the next day with a vote scheduled. So unless these guys are willing to have people book travel plans, etc and then possibly postpone them, I guess it's safe to say this baby's a done deal!

But where's the announcement? Let's get the press rolling! If we don't see something on Monday, I'll be calling Mr Stewart again for sure. Any thoughts?
