I attended the Red Chip Conference in Clearwater on 9/19/97and if anyone wanted an understanding of the direction this company is heading...this was the place to get a good grip. I was prepared to ask many questions and did alot of research about this co before I got there.. This is actually a very impressive company. I spent approx 4 hour w/the CEO, Russell Trenary, (I was on a mission) since a tight circle of family & friends own about a $250,000 spot...and I aquired enough great info to buy more stock while you all watched it go up. When I found out the stock dropped, the conference had nothing to do w/it and it is just profit taking, period. I did not flinch...people are taking their profits...THINK......-some people just doubled or tripled their investment in a few short months---so did I--..and this is just the beginning. I have watched those same people go back in now. Gotta remember there are alot of day traders in the market place today making up for lost time and not saving $...BABY BOOMERS. they gotta get in and out.
Now here is some news...Sunrise CEO is attending another Red Chip conference in Oregon in November, but even better CEO is going to CA on October 26 & starting 10/27 and his exposure will be to 25,000 more people. Of which the eve before will be to get info in the hands of some 150 or so hand picked, exclusive surgical community influentials, in a more intimate setting, all of whom will be Sunrises Customers when FDA approval nears. Keep in mind every time a doctor sees this NON INVASIVE proceedure, they invest in the company.:unlike Summit, Dr. Machat in Canadas procedure or PRK is invasive...even the 2 German companies performing surgery for hyperopia is invasive and applied "uncontrolled pressure" (not computerized)- to the eye and this is a greater risk for infection. There appears to be no over correcting in the clinicals and this is just the beginning. I just had a very dear frien go to Canada for an invasive procedure and he is having problems.....I'll even tell you who he is if he gives me permission and you can confirm this. This company is heading to $6.00 when time nears OCTOBERS EXPOSURE. Think logically now. This company shook their dental weight so they could focus..LET THE PREVIOUS CEO FILE TO SELL>>>MAYBE HE WANTS A FERRARI. SO WHAT! This is just the beginning...This will be an orderly process with unbelievable results and the target is "$30.00 to $50.00" at approval time.
And Mr. or Mrs. WOW, I have heard of this Dr. Aker too and all the positive results from the surgery...I know this procedure is being used just over the US borders because I confirmed my info w the CEO and actually found the companies web site and confirmed the hearsay...so far the TRUTH>>>so I am proceeding to aquire. This is in Southern CA in Baja Mexico, Not a bad lifestyle for that DR.Cant do it in the US and the real competition for SNRS IS EYEGLASSES AND CONTACTS A 13 BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY>>>HO HO This procedure will be more affordable than all of the SIMILAR INVASIVE ones that risk infection, pain, healing, and possibly worsened site...I also researced medical journals about different invasive procedures and results and read of unreported problems.
One Optometrist at the conference had great concern about his eyeglass & contact business be non exisistent upon FDA approval. I told him to acquire stock in this company to compensate for his loss when that time comes.!! The procedure will cost less than maintaining lenses solutions and the like over a certain period of time. The doctors can make plenty at these prices and the equipment to manufacturer and selling price will be still very profitable to SNRS. Sales prices will be probably less than 50% of todays equipment. The Insiders that have filed to sell shares are from two different catagories. . Some like Wrightman, Eker, Goodwin Foundation were in at probably .55/share when Sunrise was a Dental
Company ( called 144 stock) and have or had relationships w/Pennsylvania Merchant Group, PMG, the investment Bankers from back when, and they had a great alliance with David Light, past Pres.. 144 stock as they explained is not registered and you have to hold for 1 year and then it becomes tradable....I would probably sell if I had nearly 6 x my money and I had past experience w/a poorly run company, which is what they were familiar with...if they no longer have an interest in the company and they don't follow any news or progress w/SNRS then they are just needing $$$ or see the profit they made to date. I wouldn,t call SNRS either if I hadn't any more ties with a company that had changed for the better and I wasn,t a part of it!!! When these insiders from back then bought into SNRS they were buying into a dental company....not eye laser surgery.
So as I said before this company is going places...and I also told them, SNRS, if the present CEO files to sell any shares then they will loose a very large audience with that movement...I was told he is buying still...!! Like I still am...I also said they would never get a certain group of investors back either. Like they care about me but hey, at least I planted the seed.
And the exposure for SNRS again in late October is the American Academy of Opthamologists group in California. I confirmed today again. So fellow investors I will keep an open line here and share all I find and dig up!!!
