It's oversold but it doesn't mean it'll bounce. However it also went from 29 to 39 in a couple of sessions last week. At this level is a feel-good buy for me so I bought again. If there is a problem, the company has opportunities to admit it or simply keeps mouth shut. It has denied all charges vehemently (well, Marv did too at the beginning:)). Currently it looks like a value play.
