MAVERICK - We already know ASND reported 2 vs 9 cents in July (their idea of a warning). Under the 9 + 9 + 18 = 36 scenario, even IF they make expectations in Aug and Sept that still leaves us at .29 for the Q. which is over 12% under the lowest estimate of .33 - Yes, I've heard ALL the 'back-end loaded' talk for this Q. but so far nothing more about that has been forthcoming. Because of the silence and the announcements of the NTT and UUNet deals which won't be added to this Q, my 'guess' is ASND won't make that .29 but will be closer to .25 - Lastly, I believe CSCO has a menu and ASND is the main course. (I'm neither long or short).
