Floyd, I see your rage is back and your ability to comprehend lost.

The author claimed repeatedly about how maligned the short sellers were and how people would file complaints about short sellers for which the SEC would respond. I merely pointed out that the author forgot to mention that it goes both ways as I demonstrated citing cases as well as what former SEC attorney Richard Sauer stated in the NY Times.

Short sellers are simply babies who want to make out that they are abused more than anybody else. Fact is, they gather more support than most because the SEC is tunnel vision on Pump and Dump and have thus allowed short selling fraud to exist to "offset" the "possibility" of a P&D.

Now, were you able to follow that or should I go slower?
