So as you can now see.. This "one-time event" had little to do with Stern, and more so being competitive in the retail market. Hence, as the companies CPGA figures clearly show.. Retail CPGA is HIGHER than that of OEM..

Completely wrong. XM has specifically stated that the massive reduction in prices using instant rebates was designed to combat Stern. You can say it was a stupid strategy, but not that it wasn't their strategy.

Here's a puzzle for you. Sirius CPGA in the 4th quarter $188. Sirius CPGA in the 2nd quarter $231. How is that possible that the 4th quarter with the massive influx of retail subscribers has a higher CPGA than the 2nd quarter which was almost split 50-50 between retail and oem subs? How? Amazing. Retail CPGA is higher than OEM, yet the fourth quarter had lower CPGA than the second for Sirius.
