No I mean I have radiators, instead of forced air, I don't believe in forcing anything. So I have big pipes full of water going into bog ole radiators. I have already put small fans on the radiators BTW and that increased the heat in the room by a huge amount. but the 1 1/2 inch pipes that heat the house are what I am questioning. I am already sealing the basement doors and windows with duct tape, and plastic sheeting. They have storms already but I detected some air loss. So since the floors have aways been cool, I wondered if the radiator pipes should be uncovered. They seem to be wrapped in sheets with horsehair, if they need to be covered I may change it to pipe wrap.
