I just watched a segment on O'Reilly about a woman in Florida who was arrested topless for the sole purpose of challenging a law that prohibits women from going bare chested.

I commented to my wife that given the people you see on the street, I'd say I'd prefer not to see the breasts of at least 2/3 of them.
