I never, ever see people on this thread deal with the SEC investigation or the Lutts "dilemma" (as Richard put it so well). That is what confuses me about the people who are bullish on this stock. If I were simply following the stock without a current long or short stake (as I am) and I was considering investing (which I am not) in this stock, I would be floored by the way the folks on this thread do not deal with this. Is it an agreement among everyone but Richard to avoid the negative issue to artificially keep the price elevated? These go to jail without passing go cards would be on my every thought. I would fear reading the WSJ in the morning because of what it might say about indictments being handed down or Lutts dropping the stock. In other words, in my opinion, it is certainly important to discuss the product and your hopes and dreams for it, but aren't you in a fools paradise if you ignore the devastation that would come from the very real possibilities of an SEC indictment, etc? I predict I will get one reply to this post, from Richard. He will explain his position and the rest of the bulls will hear no evil, see no evil....
