Even doing a worst case, i.e. WS valuation on comparing AMD to Intel, we get :

        M-Cap    Employed

AMD   : 10 B$    9,860
ATI   :  5 B$    3,470 ( to be merged )
SPSN  :  2 B$    8,400 ( already IPO'd )

Total : 17 B$   21,730

INTC : 125 B$   99,900

The total AMD family has ...

11.6 % share of Total Market Cap
21.0 % share of Total employees
23.0 % Market Share


Damn ridiculous if you ask me !
The AMD family should equate to at least double the market-cap-share , i.e. VALUATION !
..and that is not even considering AMD's ..
- better GMs Q2/Q3
- better EPS Q1/Q2/Q3

... and all that was on 90nm. !!

i.e. wait 'til they start pumping out 65nm. !
